To start working with Hygger on your mobile device, open the app and enter your email and password on the Login screen.
If you are a member of 2+ companies, you will be redirected to select a company you currently need to access.
The application will open on an Inbox screen.
Inbox is a special storage for notifications. When someone @mentions you, assigns you a task or another important action happens, you receive notifications. These notifications are stored in Inbox unless you archive them. To archive a notification swipe it left to right.
You will see a number of unseen notifications near the Inbox section.
Overview helps you keep track of what is happening on your project. Overview consists of an Activity feed, In Progress and Overdue Tabs.
Activity Feed displays the following events:
- task is completed;
- task is moved;
- someone has logged time to a task.
Basically, Activity Feed on iOS is working on the same principles, as the web version.
You can apply Activity Filter in case it is necessary. You can filter your feed by Activity type, a certain time Period, by Projects or Boards and by members.
On the In Progress tab all the tasks currently in progress are displayed.
Overdue tab displays the list of the tasks with an expired due date.
Dashboard is an equivalent to the Main Menu of the web application. Dashboard is used for a faster navigation between your projects and collections. You can access your profile settings and your inbox, create a new board or a collection or search for the tasks from the Dashboard.
If you need to find a certain task, use the Search Tasks option. This is a correspondent option to the Global Search in the web version.
As well as in the web version, your default collections (Favorite, Recent, Unassigned Boards) are located just on top of the list.
For your ease, projects and collections are marked with special icons:
- for Collections;
- for Projects.
On the bottom of the dashboard you have a link to your profile settings.
From there you can edit your Account information, switch between the Companies or Change Account.
If you want to log out from an account choose Remove This Account.
If you need to create a new Board, new Collection or a new Project, use the Add button in the upper left corner.
Note: Only Company Owner and Company Admins have the rights to Create Project.
For a new Board, enter the name of the board and specify its type, project and/or collection.
For a new Collection, enter its name and a board(-s).
For a new Project, enter its name and short name. You can also add members to a Project.
By default, a board is opened on its first column. To switch between the columns swipe right or left.
To manage a column use the Column Menu. It is located near the column's name.
For a simple column the following actions are available:
- Add a Task;
- Add Column After;
- Archive all Tasks in the Column;
- Archive Column.
For a composite column (In Progress kind only) of a Kanban board a WIP Limit option is added:
For a Backlog board, you will see board specific options Push and Add Estimation Capacity.
In case there are swimlanes on the board, you will see the tasks of the first swimlane. To switch between the swimlanes use the switcher at the top of the page:
Swimlanes settings are available from a Board Menu.
The Board Menu button is located in the upper right corner of the board. As you open it, firstly you see the list of the board members. To remove a member from the board, click on the members' list and untick the checkmark near the member's name.
To open the rest of the menu tap on the gear icon.
To create a new task click on an Add a Task option. Give your task a name on a pop-up window and save it. Remember that while creating a task you can simultaneously assign the task to a certain member.

If you need to add attributes to the task, use the Add button in the lower left corner:
You can add the following attributes to the task:
- Due Date;
- Log Work;
To add an attachment to the task, use the Attachments button located in the lower right corner:
As well as in the web version, the task in the app has All Activity, Comments and Time feed at the bottom of the task. Comments have a two-level structure. If you need to Edit, Reply/Reply All to or delete the comment, use the Actions button located near your name:
The Actions menu of the task is located in the upper right corner. The following actions are available for you:
